High-quality Fuel and oil hose with double stainless steel braiding, developed for demanding applications in motorsport, vehicle construction and industry. The robust construction ensures high pressure resistance, long service life and optimum protection against abrasion and corrosion.
The hose consists of a reinforced synthetic rubber inner core, which is double stainless steel braiding encased in. This construction provides additional stability as well as protection against external influences and mechanical stress.
Thanks to its special design, this hose is compatible with a wide range of fittings. Both fittings with cutting ring (cutting edge) and fittings without cutting ring can be used without any problems.

The fittings and adapters are CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminium or stainless steel and comply with the US AN and JIC industry standard specifications. The matching hydraulic hoses for the fittings are available in various versions (nylon braided or stainless braided, also with reinforced inner lining or as a PTFE version). The self-sealing system originally comes from the defence and aerospace industries and has been used successfully in motorsport for decades. Thanks to the unique threaded connections, the lines are leak-tight and pressure-resistant up to 650 bar (depending on size and version) without a crimping tool. All BOOST products hydraulic hoses are also E85 and methanol resistant. The hose fittings are screwed onto the matching hydraulic hoses. For turbocharger applications (oil/water lines), -04 AN / Dash 4 is generally recommended for oil feed lines and -10 AN / Dash 10 for oil return lines. For other line systems, such as water or fuel lines, it is best to choose according to the existing connections and the manufacturers' recommendations. Unlike other suppliers, BOOST products also offers swivel fittings: those labelled "swivel" remain fully rotatable after installation. This is essential for easy installation and often not available from cheap suppliers. Depending on the application, we recommend making at least one side swivel.
