Titanium heat wrap for wrapping exhaust pipes
Ideal for manifolds, downpipes and exhaust systems
Our heat wrap is excellent for wrapping exhaust systems. The woven, ceramic-fibre-based wrap insulates against heat and keeps the temperature inside the wrapped component, ideally protecting surrounding components from extreme temperatures. The wrap is approx. 1mm thick and should be wound with an overlap. Tip: the titanium wrap does not need to be wetted before wrapping, but you should wear gloves.
Material: Basalt, coated (known as lava rock)
Length: 10m on a roll (can be cut to any length)
Width: 50mm (particularly suitable for long radii and straight pipes, e.g. on exhaust systems)
